Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in a resalable condition.

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt for tracking until your refund or exchange is processed.
